Track your order

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages — each shipment gets its own tracking email, at no extra cost to you.

How to track

1. Open your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link.
2. Open the order status page linked in your order confirmation email.

No tracking yet?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days (check your spam folder first), contact us at customerservice@ironpony.com or (800) 255-2961 with your order number and we will chase it down.
