Shipping policy

Every Iron Pony Lidz order ships from U.S. warehouses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates

FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (contiguous United States).
Orders under $100: standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the warehouse your items ship from.

Orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages — you will receive tracking for each shipment at no extra cost.

We may fulfill certain orders through third-party dropship, distribution, or fulfillment partners. These partners may include other authorized suppliers or distributors.

When an order is fulfilled by a third-party partner, the partner may package and ship the product directly to the customer. Product availability, shipping timelines, tracking information, packaging, and related fulfillment details may therefore be provided or managed by the applicable fulfillment partner.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that their order and the information necessary to fulfill and ship that order may be shared with the applicable third-party fulfillment or distribution partner.
