How to measure
Use a soft tape measure to measure horizontally around your head, approximately one inch above your eyebrows and half an inch above each ear. Cross-check the measurement against the size chart and choose the closest match — if you fall between sizes, try the smaller size first. Cheek pads should offer firm support against your cheekbones; 6D offers OEM cheek pad options for a customized fit.

Two adult charts: 6D publishes per-model charts, but ATR-1/ATR-2/ATR-3 (off-road) are identical, as are the youth ATR-2Y/ATR-3Y. Street ATS-1R differs from off-road at L (59-60 cm vs 58-59) and XL (61-62 vs 60-61). 6D labels the largest size XXL and street sizes ATS-XS…ATS-XXL — normalized to our filter vocabulary (2XL, plain sizes). Verbatim manufacturer values; note 6D's own ATS-1R inch column for L (22 3/4 - 23 1/4) reads low relative to its cm range — values recorded as published.
