How to measure
Wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately one inch above the eyebrows and ears, and use that measurement (inches or centimeters) to find your size in the chart for YOUR helmet model. The helmet should fit the crown comfortably with no pressure points; cheekpads should fit firmly. With the chin strap fastened, grab the chin bar and move it side to side — your cheeks should move with the helmet, and it should not slide across your face. Different-thickness cheekpads are available for the best fit.

ICON publishes charts PER SHELL, not brand-wide ("refer to the size charts unique to each helmet shell"). Threshold/Domain/Variant Pro/Airflite/Airform share one chart (XS–3XL, 53–66 cm); Airframe Pro adds 2XS; Elsinore runs ~1 cm larger per size. ICON's own Ultraflite chart is internally inconsistent (its inch column matches the standard chart, its cm column matches Elsinore's) — omitted here rather than publish conflicting data; Ultraflite buyers should measure in cm against the Elsinore-style column or verify per product packaging. Airframe Pro 2XS may be legacy/limited (current part matrices run XS–3XL). No youth chart published. Verified from rideicon.com 2026-07-13 with chart→model pairing checked against the rendered layout (the page's DOM order mis-pairs charts for naive scrapers).
