The Z1R CC Beanie is a minimalist half helmet for riders who want a compact, low-profile lid with nothing extra hanging off it. The injection-molded polycarbonate shell is contoured to sit close to the head for a clean, open-air feel on cruisers and around town. Inside, a removable, washable comfort liner keeps the fit snug and easy to freshen up, and a classic D-ring chin strap holds it in place. Offered in solid colors and graphics, the CC Beanie is DOT certified and sized for adult riders from XS through 3XL.

How to measure
Wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately one inch above the eyebrows and ears, and find that measurement in the chart. The helmet should fit the crown comfortably with no pressure points; cheekpads should fit firmly. With the chin strap fastened, move the chin bar side to side — your cheeks should move with the helmet and it should not slide across your face. Different-thickness cheekpads are available for fine-tuning.

Source is LeMans Corporation's official Z1R size-chart asset (Z1R is a LeMans house brand) — adult chart (2XS–4XL) identical across the 2024/2025/2026 editions.
