How to measure
Wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately one inch above the eyebrows and ears, and find that measurement in the chart. The helmet should fit the crown comfortably with no pressure points; cheekpads should fit firmly. With the chin strap fastened, move the chin bar side to side — your cheeks should move with the helmet and it should not slide across your face. Different-thickness cheekpads are available for fine-tuning.

Source is LeMans Corporation's official Z1R size-chart asset (Z1R is a LeMans house brand) — adult chart (2XS–4XL) identical across the 2024/2025/2026 editions. The current 2026 edition prints cm only; inch values are verbatim from the 2024/2025 editions whose cm bands match row-for-row. Youth published as S/M/L, normalized to YS/YM/YL (2026 values; the 2025 edition briefly shifted youth bands one step and 2026 reverted). Separate 'Child' combo-size chart (S/M, L/XL) included as published; child L/XL inches omitted (cm band changed in 2026, no inch value printed).
